Information and Explanation for ARB

Please provide a description and reason for proposed tree(s) removal – please also include type tree, trunk diameter, and approximate location. Please also send (via email to northhill.arb@gmail.com) at least one photograph of the tree and if the reason for removal is disease, also send a copy of a letter from the arborist confirming the diseased nature. One or more ARB members may desire an on site visit – Please mark the tree with a blue ribbon or masking tape and indicate if you want to be present for any inspections or if you give permission for ARB members to visit and inspect at any time between 9 am and 6 pm whether or not you are home.
